ORANGE GLAZED PECAN GEMS
2 Cups sugar
3/4 Cups fresh orange juice
3 Cups Green Valley brand Pecan halves
1 Tablespoon orange zest
Candied Pecans Recipe Directions: Combine sugar and juice, bring to a boil and cook gently for about 15 minutes or until syrup reaches soft ball stage. Remove from heat, add zest and Pecans. Stir until syrup looks creamy (about 5 minutes). Spread into wax paper. When cool, break into bit sized pieces.
