Jalapeno Stuffed Peppers:
From the store: Fresh or jalapeno Chiles in a jar, Bacon, Cheese, Cilantro and Green Onion.
Finely shred the cheese, and finely chop the green onions and cilantro and place in a bowl. Combine well.
Carefully slit the jalapeno. Get a small spoon and scoop out all the seeds and with the spoon scrape out any white veins they have. This will take a lot of the fire taste out of them. Stuff with the cheese mixture and wrap with fresh bacon. A half slice is all that is needed. Stick a toothpick all the way through to hold this all together. When the main meal is almost done, fry these in a pan (no oil) till the bacon is done.
