We usually have about 10-15 kids at out family get togethers, most of them under 5. They always hate the greenbean casserole if someone else makes it, but when i make it, they devour 2 pans full lol. The adults, even those who don't like mushrooms or greenbeans, luv it also. I know you said yall had that, and I don't know if mine will be any different, but here it is anyway:
For 12-15 People
3 reg size cans of cream of mushroom soup
4 reg size cans of whole green beans
2 big cans of french fried onions
1 big bag of finely shredded mild cheddar
First thing i do is heat the soup on the stove until it is warm and stirs smoothly. then stir in about 1/2 of the bag of cheese and one of the cans of french friend onions. In your casserole pan, put the green beans, about a tablespoon of worc. sauce, and a few sprinkles of all the spices listed. Then pour the soup over the green beans in the casserole pan. Stir it all around until it's a good mixture. Then bake uncovered in oven at 350 for about 20-30 mins. Take casserole pan out of oven and spread the other can of french fried onions all over the top. Then cover that layer of onions with the rest of the cheddar cheese and bake for another 5 mins.
