From the Store: Fresh pineapples whole, 1 per 2 servings, a few mangos, strawberries, and tiny marsh mellows.
Split the pineapple in half. Core them and then carefully with a knife start removing as much pineapple in chunks that you can. Dice the chunks. Remove the skin from the mango and dice that in chunks. Do the same with the strawberries. Add all these back to the pineapple shell. Top with some brown sugar, and lots of tiny marsh mellows. Stick these under a broiler until the marsh mellows are toasted and serve.
