1 16 ounce can kidney beans, undrained
1 pound lean ground beef
1 cup finely chopped onion, divided
1/2 cup ketchup
Salt to taste
Tabasco to taste
8 ounces sharp Cheddar cheese, grated.
1 5 ounce jar salad olives chopped.
In blender, mash beans with liquid to a paste. Brown ground beef and half of onions. Add beans, ketchup, salt and tabasco. Simmer for 30 minutes. To serve, place meat mixture in chafing dish. Cover completely with grated cheese. maek a circle of onions about half way in from the edge. Fill center with olives. Replenish cheese, onions and olives as needed. Serve with plain Doritos. Serves 15-25.
