We have always had a good relationship with PayPal, until they blocked our account for over 2 months without any explanation or justification, which prompted us to make significant changes to our services.
To make a long story short; PayPal eventually returned our account to a normal standing, finally admitted they made an error and apologized for putting our account on a "Hold" status.
We simply can not return to a company that can block an account without justification, and doesn't provide the proper customer service or respond timely to correspondence.
We now offer several ways to purchase Memberships/YEPs without having to wonder if we will have the ability tomorrow. Please check the options at Premium Membership; I think you will be pleased with the many new options.
