In an effort to eliminate duplication of effort, streamline communication and responsiveness, and increase the effectiveness of our Corporate Team; we are starting a series of organizational and systems changes to be announced gradually, as they become ready.
The following organizational changes will take effect immediately:
- The elimination of the Promotion Director position; we believe that all Eliters Members should be acting as promoters of Eliters; the VP Marketing will assume the responsibility of coordinating the promotion effort across Eliters.
- The merger of the Groups Director position with the Clubs Director position; this position was never active, and the Clubs Director was carrying anyway the Groups Clubs monitoring, the most important Groups Function.
- The elimination of the Rules Director Position; this position had a lot of overlapping with many corporate positions; we believe that each Corporate Staff should handle the Rules related to his/her function across Eliters. The President will assume the responsibility of coordinating and announcing changes to Help Topics, Rules and Guidelines.
- The elimination of the Data Analysis Director position; this position was never active, and we believe that each Corporate Staff should handle the Statistics and Data Analysis related to his/her function across Eliters.
