The main problem with making post in the “Main” general club and attempt to make them anonymous is rarely effective. Complaints should always be done by mail where they can be investigated more calmly or at least an answer gotten to you from the appropriate Staff. These should all go initially to the League HA and then to the Corporate Staff if further clarification is needed.
99% of the time there are multiple sides to the complaint or issue, and we will be as fair as possible when addressing each, you will always get an answer back.
The other problem when posting complaints in the Clubs is we start getting apples, oranges, bananas… thrown in. Toss in some toppings and whipped cream and we got a real nice dessert. Those are best left for the cooking club and we do our best to provide you great recipes there. The original complaint gets so confused in the Clubs that is often turned around completely.
Solution use Mail, you will get an answer or the mail will be forwarded to those that have been selected to handle these issues/complaints.
We are all human and we will make mistakes, sometimes it is just a training issue for a TD, sometimes it a misunderstanding or misinterpretation of the rules on the players part. We do take each seriously and our always looking for ways to improve the overall gaming experience. We do carefully evaluate each mail sent and do discuss them together as a staff.
I always get so disheartened when I see a “thread” of post and Eliters starting to attack other Eliters.
My best wishes to all. Let us always try to strive to improve and not fall into an easy pattern of attacking someone because we do like their opinion or play.. What makes Eliters different from all the other leagues out there is our still to this day promise to be as Fun, Fair, and Family Oriented as possible. That is why I joined Eliters and still love it to this day, and as a member of the Corporate staff will always do my best to honor that promise.
