It was my p who had timed out, and she had clearly timed out as I responded to you in room when you asked. If you check T page, tourney #325163, player was placed on timer at 23:27, Td timed her out at 34:42. Sub did not sit til after player was timed out. Had you not left room so abrubtly after inquiring about sub being seated prior to timing out, I would have pointed out what I believe you were looking at, which was when TD acknowledged timer, which was 26:05, So as you stated in your post you came to room roughly 2 minutes prior to player timing out, in essence you came 1 minute after she had timed out.

I too had a concern regarding what sub had been seated as not only did TD bypass you, which I understood but she bypassed another as well, who was indeed in room whole time.
