that is the third step tiebreaker if the first two have not identified a clear winner... in your case, tiebreaker two places you fourth...
in the case of players ranked 1 and 2 in poolp.. they both have the same number of wins (tiebreaker 1) and also played the same number of matches - 9 (tiebreaker 2)
they then go to tiebraker 3... which is the lower accumulated total of the starting rank of the players you defeated... for example.. (i did not check the actual data but am using representative figures....
player A defeated players ranked at the start of the period.. 1 2 3 4 5 6 = total of 21
player B defeated 1 2 3 4 5 7 = total of 22
player A is awarded the higher finishing position...
finally, let's say both players defeated the same opponents... in this case the player that started with the higher ranking is awarded the higher finishing position..
