The ultimate objective of the Hot Tourney System is to ensure that a Tourney  is available for All Members in all Active Leagues (Class 1-4) every 15 minutes; on 24 hours 7 days a week basis.

The basic operational characteristics of the Hot Tourneys are:

• If any Slot is not scheduled by a Regular TD,15 minutes before start time, a Hot Tourney will be created.


• If the players request another Hot Tourney, and there is no Regular Tourney scheduled by a Regular TD, a Hot Tourney may be created in next 15 minutes Slot.


• Hot Tourneys will be SE/S4/Q4/AA, Day, SS, and Random Seeding.


• Tourneys will be opened automatically for players to register.


• Tourneys will be started on time unless not full, the SFTD (Special Forces TD) may wait for 0 to 10 minutes before canceling Tourney depending on the number of registered Players. SFTDs for more details please refer to Help Topic 8328.
   
• If the SFTD does not start the Tourney  when full, please contact him/her on Yahoo! Messenger; if no contact is made, please check the Admin online; the Hot Tourney may be started by any SFTD, or Regular League SrTD or above, or corporate staff.
   
• The TD does not need to be present in the playroom, except at start to monitor no show and Time Out Players, also to seat Substitutes in Team Tourneys.


• Because of the nature of the Hot Tourneys, the TD might not have enough time to spam for the Tourney , or announce the rules, or congratulate winners or thank the Players, or get involved in any lobby messages or replies to questions or help or chatting.


• The TD basic role will be to make sure the Tourney  advances smoothly, reporting is made, keeping the clock on booted or froze Players, resolving any disputes, assigning Substitutes in 2x2 Tourneys, and finally finishing the Tourney.
   
• The Players have the obligation to be in the room on start time. The Tourney will start on time unless it is not full, and the players will be timed out in accordance with the Time Out Rules.


• If a Player faces any problems while playing in the Tourney, s/he should contact the TD using Eliters Messenger.


• If a TD is contacted, through Eliters Messenger, by one of the Players in the Tourney for a problem/conflict, s/he will access the room to solve the problem/conflict.


• The Hot Tourneys will be subject to the application of the regular Tourneys General Rules, including the Time Out, Same Name, and No Force Forfeit Rules. In Case your opponent leaves the game, or freezes or delay the play, please advise the TD using Eliters Messenger, and Call the TD to verify and report.


• Players should report the match result as soon as possible to the Tourney Page (except in AA, Q4 1x3, and S4 1x3 Tourneys, where the TD will report the results). If you cannot report to the Tourney  page for any reason, please notify the TD using Eliters Messenger. Failure to report might result in penalties. No need to report anything in the lobby.


• The TD will finish the Tourney as soon as the last Match is reported.
