Welcome to Eliters Spades Pogo league (SPADP). Spades Pogo Tourneys are played in matches of 2 and 4 players.
TABLE SETTINGS
All Tables must be made at the bottom of the Tables List; to keep tables grouped together. This makes it easier on the TDs when checking the tables to see if set right for Tourneys, and monitor the Matches on one screen.
Default table setting for Eliters Spades Pogo is “Regular, Blinds Off”


ROUND POINTS:
0/000 – hands/game over score
For all games using this format, players will play to the specified number of hands, or the specified “game over score” – whichever happens first. If game-over score is not reached by either team the highest score (or lowest score, per “Tourney Special Rules”) after specified number of hands will advance. All games using 0/000 format for the Rounds Points will be unrated tables.
250 or 500 in 2x2 4 Player Matches
For all tourneys using this format, tables will be set rated and played until the specified score is reached.
250 or 500 in 1x1 2 Player Matches
For all tourneys using this format, tables will be set unrated and played until the specified score is reached.
LEAGUE TERMS AND ABBREVIATIONS
Nil - Taking zero tricks during the round, worth 100 points. Partners bid is calculated separately.
Blind - A team bid made prior to seeing cards, worth double points. Team must be down by 100 points or more to bid Blind. Example: Blind 6 bid = 120 points.
Blind Nil - Bidding Nil prior to seeing cards, worth 200 points if successful. Partners bid is calculated separately.
Overbooks - When you take more tricks than you bid, you get 1 overbook for each trick, 10 overbooks results in -100 points.

Spades Pogo League will run tourneys in the following formats; the main format being SE 2x2:
