Each Member will have a US $ Account kept in his/her Eliters User Name.
This Account will be credited with all discounts and refunds on early Premium Subscription renewals, Referrals, and Staff Bonuses.
A Member may also Deposit Cash in this account, to achieve a balance to be used to buy subscriptions, using one of the following methods:
PayPal: Cash and Credit Card payments, available to residents in the USA and many other Countries in the world.
Payments to be made to email@example.com.
Payments will be processed as soon as receiving the PayPal email notification for the Completed Transaction. Please note that:
Direct "Send Money" using your PayPal account is completed immediately.
Credit Card payments through PayPal are completed within minutes.
E-Checks usually take 4 to 5 days to be processed and cleared by PayPal.
Checks on any US Bank or Money Orders or Traveler Checks in US Dollars: Will be processed manually when funds clear, typically 2-4 weeks. We advise you NOT to use this option if you are in a hurry to have your payment processed; use it only if you don't have access to one of the above methods.

Don't forget to state your exact Eliters ID (Username) on the Memo section of the check, or in your letter.
The US $ Account balance can only be used as follows:
To pay Premium Membership Subscription for the Member or any friend.
To buy any Products from Elite Store.
To buy YEPs.
No Transfers between Members' US$ Accounts will be allowed, however, you can use your US$ Account Balance to pay for another Member's Premium Membership or buy him/her YEPs.
Staff earning Cash Bonuses having a US$ balance over $50 may use the Ticket System Accounts >> US$ Accounts; requesting Payment by Transfer through PayPal to the PayPal Account provided by the Member. This feature has been suspended until further notice
