Eliters Rating is based on a Player Performance formula, combining Matches and Tournaments win % as well as the number of Matches and Tourneys won. 

The Eliters Rating © is based on the following formula:

[(MW%) + (TW% x 2)] x 2250 + (MW - ML) x MF + (TV x TF)

Where:

MW% = Matches Win % = Matches Won / Total Matche

TW% = Tourneys Win % = Tourneys Won / Total Tourneys Played

MW = Matches Won

ML = Matches Lost

MF = Matches Factor = 1 up to a ceiling of 750 points

TV = Tourneys victories

TF = Tourneys Factor = 5 up to a ceiling of 375 victories.

Examples:

1. Player A played 270 matches 150 won, 120 lost. And played 60 tourneys, was a winner in 10.

Will have a rating = [(150/270) + (10/60) x 2)] x 2250 + [(150 – 120) x 1] + (10x5)

Rating = 2080

If this player plays a tourney, wins 2 matches and lose 1 match, and therefore loses the tourney, the rating will = [(152/273) + (10/61) x 2)] x 2250 + [(152 – 121) x 1] + ( 10x5)

Rating = 2071 = a drop of 9 points.

If this player plays a second tourney, wins 3 matches and lose none, and therefore wins the tourney, the rating will = [(155/276) + (11/62) x 2)] x 2250 + [(155 – 121) x 1] + (11x5)

Rating = 2151 = an increase of 80 points.

2. Player B played 5198 matches 2973 won, 2225 lost. And played 1250 tourneys, was a winner in 374.

Will have a rating = [(2973/5198) + (374/1250) x 2)] x 2250 + [(2973 – 2225) x 1] + (374x5)

Rating = 5251

If this player plays a tourney, wins 4 matches and loses none, and therefore wins the tourney, the rating will = [(2977/5202) + (375/1251) x 2)] x 2250 + [(2977 - 2225) x 1 maximum 750] + ( 375x5)

Rating = 5262 = an increase of 11 points.

If this player plays a second tourney (RR), wins 4 matches and loses 1 match, and therefore wins the tourney, the rating will = [(2981/5207) + (376/1252) x 2)] x 2250 + [(2981 - 2225) x 1 maximum 750] + ( 375x5 maximum 375)

Rating = 5272 = an increase of 10 points.

If this player plays a third tourney, wins 1 matches and loses 1 match, and therefore loses the tourney, the rating will = [(2982/5209) + (376/1253) x 2)] x 2250 + [(2982 - 2226) x 1 maximum 750] + ( 375x5 maximum 375)

Rating = 5263 = a drop of 9 points.

The Key to higher Rating is to win more Tourneys

A Player with less then 25 Matches Played will have a RATING of 1000. 

So, to improve your Rating you should play more Tourneys and Win more Matches and Tourneys. Veteran Players (having 750 more Matches wins than losses, and 375 Tourney Victories) will only be competing based on the win %.
