Tourney Rule

No Opens: First player to have an open frame loses. Must strike or spare. If no opens, Highest score wins

Players must strike or spare in all 10 frames. First player to have an open frame loses, and must report the match immediately. If both players open on the same frame, the game continues until a player opens. If no open frames or both opponents open in the same frames; the highest score advances.
