Tell us a little bit about yourself.

I'm a single mom of an 8 year old boy who teaches me as much as I teach him. I live in a small town in Indiana. Close enough to the Illinois border to be less than an hour from Chicago, far enough away to not mind it.

What other interests or hobbies do you have (other than Eliters of course)?

Music, reading, art, gardening and politics.

How did you learn about Eliters and when did you join?

Rollr311 and I played backgammon before Eliters. He joined first and kept telling me I needed to join. After about a week of hearing it every time we played, I finally joined. I was glad I did. A month later he and then I became TDs so the other TDs could have a chance to play.

How did you pick your Eliters' Name - does it have any special significance?

My original name, mudwrstlr, was actually my yahoo name first. I plant in the garden, rain or shine. It's a name a friend gave me and it stuck. It wasn't a problem when I was playing, but hosting and having the name in the lobby all the time, attracted too much negative attention, so I changed it. A lesson in putting thought into the name you choose.

Tell us something unique or interesting about yourself that we are unlikely to know

I'm a geek.

What makes Eliters special?

The sense of friendship that I haven't always seen present in other leagues.

What games do you play? Are there any other games you would like to give a try?

I play backgammon, gin and cribbage. I'd like to learn other games, especially hearts and spades, that I didn't learn as a kid. I would also like to re-learn Pinochle that my sister taught me as a teenager.

What is your absolute favorite game - and who taught you to play?

Backgammon - my sister's husband taught me when I was 12, because he couldn't get anyone else to play with him.

Do you currently hold any position in Eliters? Is there any other particular position you might be interested in?

HA in BGY, that's enough for me.

What is your proudest achievement in life?

My son is a given. The other would be leading the only team in Lake County, Indiana, to make a particular campaign project work, on this past election day.

What is the most important thing for you in tournament play?

Having fun.

If you could offer one suggestion to improve Eliters, what would it be?

Find a way to bridge the gap between old players and new players.

If you had one wish what would it be?

I thought we got three ... I only get one?

If you could only use one sentence to describe the way you feel about Eliters, to a prospective new player, what would it be?

Eliters is a place where you can have great fun playing people all over the world, and not have to deal with the obnoxious game of 101.

What is the funniest thing that has happened to you since joining Eliters.

When we TDs in BGY had webcam night. I won't say more - lol.

What is the most embarrassing thing, that you can talk about of course

Ummmm ... I can't talk about it.

If you could be one person for a day, who would you be and why?

Someone who lives in a warm place for the winter.

You are given five minutes to evacuate your house, the kids and pets are safe - which three items would you grab?

That's all that really matters.

How do you pass the time on your drive to and from work?

Take the back roads, turn up the radio and sing, where no one hears me do it - lol.

Name your three favorite movies

Of Mice and Men, To Kill a Mockingbird and an old black white called The Magic Cottage.

Do you have any particular heros?

Too many to list.

What is your guiltiest pleasure?

I think I will be keeping that one to myself, tyvm.

When I grow up I want to be just like:

I have plenty of time to grow up. I'll worry about that when I get there.

Any last words for our readers?

Have fun. You can be a serious player and still have fun winning.
