Tell us a little bit about yourself - your hobbies; interests; passions in life.

Being spontaneous is important to me, just take days as they come. Enjoy road trips to nowhere and anywhere! Hobbies, sewing, needlework, being creative and imaginative!

What other interests or hobbies do you have (other than Eliters of course)?

Working in a garden, walking on paths in the forest, by lakes, watching the ocean

How did you learn about Eliters and when did you join?

I 'fell' into Eliters, one day 9 years ago when I was playing a game of literati on Yahoo, Golfinmimi4 was hosting and invited me to try it, within a few weeks I was a td, actually my 9th year joining and hosting! I think I became a TD May 30 actually, became GL, then TGL, AA and HA. I loved the training part of the TD position since I had maybe 20 minutes training before I hosted my first tourney with 28 people in it! I was like, 'what the hell am I doing this for!"

How did you pick your Eliters' Name - does it have any special significance?

It seemed family oriented, fair and very friendly, and most of all was operated like a small business with kindness and willing to take opinions and institute changes.

Tell us something unique or interesting about yourself that we are unlikely to know?

I am a caring individual that has experienced many things, both good and bad in my life. I am a survivor and stubborn yet optimistic which has made me what iI am today. I am not perfect, I am not a beauty queen, I am also not dog ugly.. I am me.. I tend to believe people accept one another for who they are, for it is what on the inside that counts. Too many people look at the exterior, say PASS, and really miss out on the true person. To me, if you are sincere and honest, hey let's converse, if not.. keep turning the page, I am not interested

What makes Eliters special?

I think for the most part, the people that understand this is supposed to be fun and relaxing and not a job, or a dictatorship.

What games do you play? Are there any other games you would like to give a try?

DiceD, giny, criby, cribp, canasta, literati at one time, scrabble

What is your absolute favorite game - and who taught you to play?

At one time it was lity, although now, no real favorite. Players taught me to play, watching, learning, listening.

Do you currently hold any position in Eliters? Is there any particular position in which you might be interested?

I am currently AA in DiceD. I would love to train again because I am passionate about excellence in hosting, but would need the freedom to work with guidelines rather than edicts.

What is your proudest achievement in life?

My daughter and my granddaughter. Also, myself, experiencing many things make us the person we are today.

What is the most important thing for you in tournament play?

Fairness and fun. If I win once in a blue moon I am tickled! To me it is not about winning or losing, it is enjoying the play and the challenge of a game and the company we keep!

If you could offer one suggestion to improve Eliters; what would it be?

To truly work as a team, converse with one another to assure the success of each individual league.

If you had one wish; what would it be?

To make my daughter and granddaughter's hope and wishes become reality. For myself, to be with someone that accepts me for me and vice versa, to be content with life, have a few laughs on the way and basically just enjoy it all.

If you could use one sentence to describe the way you feel about Eliters to a prospective new player; what would it be?

Eliters is fun and free, you meet many people, of all personalities, just as you do in life, it is a terrific league atmoshpere with organization and caring.

What is the most memorable experience that you have had as a TD or a player; online or at a live event?

Oh my, with Eliters, I think it was my first tourney, I had no clue how people were and boy oh boy did I find out fast! I have many memorable experiences in my life, hey maybe i should write a book!

What is the funniest thing that has happened to you since joining Eliters?

Oh goodness, 9 years worth of funny things! HUmm, falling asleep while hosting, I had a reputation for that, qwerty on my forehead from the keyboard! Um typos.. that darn X is always getting me in trouble while typing, which goes into more comical comments.

What is the most embarrassing thing that has happened to you as a player or TD?

Thinking a player was someone else and not giving in!

If you could be one person for a day; who would you be and why?

Grizzly Adams, to be secluded in a log home in a beautiful setting but with someone I care about and just 'being'

You are given five minutes to evacuateyour house; the kids and pets are safe - which three items would you grab?

would grab my personal papers, a road atlas and a roll of toilet paper!

How do you pass the time on your drive to and from work?

Thinking

Name your three favorite movies:

Dirty Dancing, UP, Hope Floats

Do you have any particular heroes?

no

What is your guiltiest pleasure?

I can't say that here!

When I grow up I want to be just like:

Me! I know that sounds odd, but I know I am easygoing, fun caring, compassionate, stubborn, outspoken and etc etc!
