How long have you been playing games online?

About 6 years.

How much time do you spend online a week?

20+ hours, depending on how I feel.

How did you learn about Eliters and when did you join?

I was hosting for another league in Easy Alley and Adclerk was hosting for Eliters, instantly I started asking questions he even helped me choose my name!

Does your name having meaning behind it?

It is short for devils_angel_nz but because I couldnít get the name in Pogo I had to change it.

When did you first become a Staff Member at Eliters?

3 weeks after I joined (18th Feb 2002). It feels so much longer though!!!!!

Tell us about your career history at Eliters.

Now this could be long, lol. I started as a td in Giny became a AGL, then I helped out Pinoy and Canay while hosting in Giny at same time. Then I applied for admin when Ginc opened up then Colony went down so I went to Spadp as Admin. Then I went to BGP as HA and thatís where I still am. Also recently got promoted to Colony Leagues Director.

What is it in your background that prepared you for all this?

Nothing can prepare you for ELITERS, its so much better than you can imagine and there are opportunities everywhere. I do however have experience at organizing people and working in a team and I think thatís is truly vital in an Administration Role.

What skills have you developed that made this possible?

Keeping people happy and satisfied, and realizing you cannot make everyone happy at once but you can try as hard as you can. Also not to take things to much to heart. We all have bad days.

And what do you do, for Elite that makes use of all these skills?

Being an HA you need to be able to get things organized in time, and keep TDs and players happy as much as you can. We arenít perfect either sometimes we have to make tough calls that we donít want to do but if itís to better the league and ELITERS then those decisions have to be made.

What leagues have you administered or been a TD in Elite?

Lets see Gin, Canasta, and Pinochle, (in Yahoo!); Spades and BG, (in Pogo) and now Colony Leagues Director.

Do you administer any real-life competitions?

Only at the pub for who can drink the most bourbons :)

Who usually wins the bourbon drinking contests?

Well if I am not judging them, normally me!

What do you do in your time away from Elite?

I spend a lot of time playing Auntie Rach to 16 nieces and nephews best thing is giving them back :) But seriously I do not get that much time off the computer on my weekends its catching up with my team because of time differences.

Having 16 nieces and nephews, do you get them mixed up a lot?

No, I keep a diary of all their birthdays.

What other secrets do you have in that diary?

Now that would be telling, but seriously mainly Eliters stuff like organizing events and who is doing what.

What makes Eliters different from the competition?

Eliters offers such a great site to organize tourneys and host, thereís always something new to make it easier than the rest of the leagues I have hosted in. Also they are not to scared of changes if its going to better the site as a whole.

What would you tell a prospective member who is trying to choose between Eliters and other, similar leagues?

Give it a go you got nothing to lose but a lot to gain.

Well, that certainly sums it up, any last words for our readers?

Thanks to my brat pack TDs in BGP you guys have helped me so much in the last 6 months to get through my real life health problems. I could not have done it without you. Oh yeah and Iím looking for admin and TDs in Colony Leagues wink wink ;)
