Hearty Question about Tramming

There has been some concern of late about Tramming in Tournament Play in Heartys. To help our TD's and players understand the rule, I am posting it here. I hope this helps ease everyone's concerns and answers the question... What happens if a player DOES tram?

Tramming is not permitted in Eliters Hearts at any time. This is because it is possible to manipulate the results, ensuring that a certain player makes the “cut”, by falsely claiming excess scoring tricks so that player does not take them. In order to avoid any suspicion of this, we never allow tramming. (Tramming, in this context, is defined as “pushing the button” on the game board. It is acceptable to inform the other players that you have the rest of the tricks, if this is clearly the case, so they will not agonize over meaningless game play). If a player Trams, all play should be stopped immediately and the TD notified. The Tramming player will be warned, and if s/he trams again that tourney a disqualification will result, with the TD finishing out the match as necessary.
