rg101_ca's movie A Lesson Learned has finally been released on the internet. It is a tribute to his mom who passed away last year. If this doesn't touch your heart strings, nothing will. It is a lesson we all need to learn. Rich you are an amazing man with tremendous talent - we are so proud of you. Please check out his profile for the link.
Please lift up sierrasummersun1 who learned that her aunt has stage II cancer and wildchild_m_cena who lost her beloved grandmother on June 5th. chrish340 also lost his grandmother on May 14th. You and your families are in our prayers.
vt_spirit has survived the move to Washington State. She is enjoying the cooler weather but missing her incredibly cute grandson, aka the tank aka Aiden, terribly.
Please also keep cutiepie19ca2002 and cuties_mom_jane in your prayers as they deal with serious illness in the family.
e911callagain - We are happy to tell you that despite a scary trip to the hospital with a minor stroke and seizure she is back in action and hosting again. Doctor's have found two more valves leaking in her heart (aortic & tricuspid), but God has a sense of humor and Erin is waiting for the punch line still.
Our good friend margaret_downunder let us know that her beloved wally is again in hospital with sepsis and peritonitis. We wish both of them strength and health during this new ordeal.
The big St. Louis bash was hosted by Jim (stlouispool) and Tonya (candymania) who had the following to say:
Tonya and myself wanted to say thank you to all the wonderful elite peeps that came to St.Louis for our lil get together. We all had a great time as always, laughed all weekend long, and met some new great friends. And for those who couldn't make it this year, there is always 2010 since it we host every other year. Whereever it is in 2009, count Tonya and myself in.
Once again ty superdave, peppperettte, happyfeet, amike, bucky, lowell, hersh, hazy, ron, cecily, mike, and everyone else who helped make this another great party!
And I know it's not terribly interesting but I am desperate for news of any kind - I was recently honored and humbled to watch the most incredible dolphin display off Catalina Island - with one whale as an added bonus. There must have been a hundred of them and it beat the heck out of any show/movie/opera/ballet I have ever ever seen.
