Our Celebrations

Congratulations to  andypigeon70  on celebrating his anniversary of learning that he is cancer free.  We wish you many years of continued health and strength. 

runaway0509 reports that her 11 yr old nephew Jacob who had open heart surgery at the beginning of June has made a healthy recovery.  Jacob who has always been an avid skateboarder has now become a skateboard designer.  All proceeds from his designs go the American Heart Association and its American Heart Heroes program.  If you are interested in more information -  just google "Skateboarding kid shows heart."

Congratulations to csmb06  who wrote:  My partner Carrie Stewart and I are getting married August 2nd, we will celebrate with our children, close friends, and family.  Carrie and I have been together since 2005.  California has legalized same sex marriages and we are taking advantage of the opportunity to get married legally!!! 

Congratulations to those celebrating the birth of new grandchildren this month:  golfinmimi4 is the proud gramma of Devin Lee...8 lbs. 15 oz., born on Tuesday, July 29th.   rick_usmc_ret is the very proud grandpa of bouncing baby boy at 8:30 4th August 7lbs 8ozs 21 and a half inches tall.   cammie_ace2005  welcomed Alyssa Jamie, a beautiful little girl into the family.
